Introducing the bonding principle of hot melt adhesive film and how to achieve good bonding, including the selection of the appropriate hot melt adhesive film and how to surface treat the material.

1. Mechanical combination
The bonding force between the hot melt adhesive film and the adherend is mechanical bonding force. After the bonding surface is coated with adhesive, the hot melt adhesive film penetrates into the pores of the adherend and is then dried and solidified, causing friction between the hot melt adhesive film and the adherend to increase the bonding force between them.

2. Mutual diffusion
The bonding between polymer compounds is due to the diffusion of the macromolecules themselves or their chain segments caused by thermal motion. Essentially, the interface dissolves so that the hot fused adhesive film and the adhesion molecules are intertwined, forming a strong bond.

3. Chemical reaction
The interface between the hot melt adhesive film and the adherend produces a chemical cross-linking reaction. This cross-linking reaction includes hydrogen bonding, coordination bonding, and covalent bonding.

Hot melt adhesives are classified according to product shape into glue blocks, glue sticks, glue films, glue powder, etc. Our company focuses on adhesive film products and can produce matching adhesive film forms and customize product specifications according to customer needs. The weight range is 15-150g/㎡, and the door width is 6mm-1520mm.
