HDPE medical hot melt dot film/isolation film

Features: Special breathable structure (raised hexagonal keys and triangular pores, intersecting to form a mesh). After thermal compounding, the keys will fuse due to shrinkage, and the dot film will be evenly distributed in the form of isolated dots, similar to the dusting process, but better than dusting. The powder is more uniform and stable.

This product has uniform glue content at each point, high bonding strength, yellowing resistance, good hydrophobicity, good air permeability, and has good adhesion to lining fabrics, car ceilings, filter substrates, etc.

Scope of application: medical dressings, flower packaging, high-end clothing fabric lamination. Common applications: medical wound dressing isolation film, flower packaging bags, high-end non-iron shirt lamination.
